MatraX new and exclusive range of oils for both light and heavy-duty engines 

At MatraX Lubricants we have just launched a new range of top-quality oils for both petrol and diesel, light and heavy-duty engines. This expansion of our product catalogue is aimed at best serving the specific needs of each particular customer as well as positioning the company at the top of the global lubricants sector. 

Our new oils have been developed by a highly qualified multidisciplinary team in our advanced R&D lab, and are subjected to the strictest regulations on polluting emissions in the world. At the same time, our oils comply with the requirements of some of the main international certifications.

For all these reasons, our products are recommended by the most important car and truck manufacturers on the planet.  Among the 25 new products, 17 for the light engine sector and eight for heavy-duty engines, we highlight the following:

 

Light engines 

 MatraX InfluX 0W30 P 

This is a high-performance, 100% synthetic lubricant with a low SAPS content (sulphated ash, phosphorous and sulphur), which has been specially developed for the new Euro 6 engines of the PSA Group (Peugeot and Citroën), market leaders in Portugal and Spain. 

Thanks to its state-of-the-art technology, it effectively prevents wear and tear during the ‘Start & Stop’ periods, maximizing fuel savings. This oil is particularly effective in protecting the mechanical components of the engine during a cold start, a highly demanding operation for the vehicle.  

MatraX InfluX 0W30 V-LL 

The 100% synthetic MatraX InfluX 0W30 V-LL has been specially tailored for both petrol and diesel engines of passenger cars of the VAG group (VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda) which require extended maintenance intervals (WIV).

It is also compatible with petrol and diesel engines of the Volkswagen group that meet the Euro 4.5 and Euro 6 standards and are equipped with exhaust gas after-treatment systems. Its high quality and versatility, make this oil the perfect choice for petrol and diesel engines of any brand that require a quality synthetic oil compatible with the modern after-treatment systems mentioned above. 

MatraX InfluX 0W20 VC 

This last-generation, 100% synthetic oil is a must for the new Volvo DRIVE-E petrol and diesel engines equipped with catalytic converters and particulate filters. The MatraX InfluX 0W20 VC is also perfectly suited for most modern vehicles that comply with the Euro 4, 5 and 6 emission regulations and that require a lubricant that meets ACEA C5 specifications. 

This oil is also recommended for petrol and diesel engines in which the manufacturer recommends the use of an 0W30 lubricant compliant with ACEA A1/B1 specifications. It stands out for its extraordinary resistance to high temperatures, its rust-preventing properties and its excellent fuel-saving properties.  

MatraX InfluX 5W30 DPF-C3 

The New MatraX InfluX 5W30 DPF-C3 is an improved version of one of MartaX light engine range, all-time best-selling products. This synthetic oil, intended for last-generation diesel and petrol road car engines, now incorporates ACEA C3-21, API SN Plus / SP and ILSAC GF-6, which considerably increases its properties. 

The MatraX InfluX 5W30 DPF-C3 is a high-quality, state-of-the-art product, compatible with all of the world’s leading engine brands, and has been particularly formulated to meet the specifications of passenger cars equipped with diesel particulate filters (DPFs). This oil can significantly reduce polluting emissions, contributing to the protection of the environment.  

Heavy engines 

MatraX Heavy InfluX 5W20 LDF 

The MatraX Heavy InfluX 5W20 LDF is a 100% synthetic, top-quality oil whose special combination of additives endow it with extraordinary thermal stability and a great overall performance. This lubricant maintains its efficacy for longer periods between oil changes, helping reduce the vehicle’s maintenance costs. 

Its low ash content (Low SAPS) makes it perfect for new generation engines equipped with post-treatment systems and which need to comply with the latest GHG emissions legislation. This oil has been specially developed for MAN trucks as well as buses with Euro 6 engines and it offers great performance in cold weather conditions.  

MatraX Heavy InfluX 5W30 FA 

With its top-quality 100% synthetic composition, this lubricant gives complete protection to heavy diesel engines, promoting fuel savings of more than 1%. Its excellent combination of additives gives it a very low ash content (Low SAPS), making it an ideal lubricant for new generation engines with after-treatment systems such as diesel particulate filters (DPF). 

MatraX Heavy InfluX 10W40 LA 

This 100% synthetic lubricant also boasts a low ash content (Low SAPS) and advanced additive formula, all of which make it perfect for heavy-duty diesel engines with post-treatment systems designed to meet Euro 6 and earlier regulations. 

Its careful formulation and high-quality synthetic bases, result in lower consumption of oil and fuel. It is compatible with heavy diesel engines of any make which require a lubricant that would improve fuel performance. This oil meets the Scania Low Ash and Volvo VDS 4.5 stringent technical specifications and complies with the latest regulations on emissions.
