PURPOSE
Industrial Química Riojana, S.A. (hereafter the provider), administrator of the website, makes this document available to users with the aim of complying with the obligations imposed in Law 34/2002, relating to the Information and Electronic Commerce Business Services (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all website users about the website conditions of use.
Any person accessing the website accepts the role of user, agreeing to observe and comply with the dispositions herein listed, as well as any other legal regulation applicable.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information which may appear on the website without any obligation to notify users of their obligations, before or after the fact, with this publication on the website being understood as sufficient.

ACCESS AND USE OF THE CONTENTS
In general, the mere access to the website will be free. However, the provider may condition the access to certain areas of the website and the use of some of the services upon previous completion of the corresponding form of user registration.

However, the provider does not discard the possibility that certain programming errors may exist or other errors caused by major forces, natural catastrophes, strikes or similar circumstances which make access to the website impossible.

The parties agree that this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all its terms and conditions in conformance with the Spanish legislation.
Any question or dispute concerning the present website or the activities carried out on it, shall be referred for determination to the Spanish legislation, to which the parties expressly submit, and the nearest courts and tribunals to the provider’s domicile shall be competent to learn and judge from any disputes arising from or concerned with the use of this website.
